Clare L. Milliner

Clare L. Milliner is a life-long resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania. She has practiced law with Brutscher, Foley, Milliner, Land & Kelly, LLP since July, 1989. Prior to that she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence A. Wood in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Clare Milliner specializes in family law, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, equitable distribution, alimony and Orphan’s Court matters, including adoption, estates and will contests. Clare Milliner is also an experienced mediator.

Clare Milliner and her husband, Walt Koken, are authors and publishers of The Milliner-Koken Collection of American Fiddle Tunes (2011), the most comprehensive compendium of Old Time Fiddle Tune transcriptions in the world.
