Samantha Keene

Samantha Keene focuses on family law and estate planning matters for clients in Chester County under the tutelage of Clare Milliner. Before joining Brutscher, Foley, Milliner, Land & Kelly, LLP, Samantha served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James J. Eisenhower in the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Additionally, Samantha worked as a law clerk at Spadea Lignana in Philadelphia. While there, she focused on franchise law and gained exposure to both transactional and litigation practices

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor in 2023 from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a Rising Advocate Scholarship recipient and Legal Research Assistant. As a Legal Research Assistant, she studied the legal problem presented by the rise of mental health apps and the privacy issues they raise. During her time at Drexel, she demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through her pro bono work with Drexel’s Estate Planning Clinic, where she assisted clients with sensitive family and financial matters.
